      - Remote work - Nothing else

      - If you are based in a "cheap" country, the salary they offer you is a joke and the benefits are simply non-existing - The company sells a tool used mainly for micromanagement, so they OBVIOUSLY micromanage their own people. Make sure you comb your hair in the morning because they're going to be taking webcam pictures of you through the Time-Doctor app. That crazy big brother-like app also takes screenshots of your PC and record your every keystroke and mouse move - SICK - The management and especially the CEO are obnoxious and pretentious - Bullying is accepted and encouraged - To go to the company retreat you have to hit the quota, otherwise, you just have to stay home

      Time Doctor offers excellent work-life balance and a truly collaborative, supportive team environment. The productivity tracking tools are designed to help us work smarter without feeling micromanaged, which I really appreciate. Personally, I love working with such a diverse global team—people bring expertise and unique perspectives from all over the world, making it an enriching experience both professionally and personally.

      Nothing significant so far—like any global company, time zones can sometimes be a challenge, but it’s manageable.

      - Great Founders. - Co-workers are supportive

      Cons

      - Managers and CRO has no idea whats going on, for anything right from feedback to coaching, everything is reliant on generic chatgpt advice, nothing human is there. - Product is bizzare, very low adoption rates. - No one knows from where leads are coming or will come. - As a rep you will NOT be set up for success in any way.
