Pros

I've been working with Time etc for about 4 months now and so far I've had a great experience. Although it did take a while to gain my first client for an opportunity, I was able to accept tasks to get me off the mark. The support from Time etc is great and they always respond to queries, the Q&A guide is also very helpful. I do around 20-30 hours a month as I work full time as well and it is a great way to boost my income, that also fits around my other commitments.

Cons

The inbox, although a good way to communicate with clients, could be improved. I do not receive notifications when I get a new email, therefore I decided with my clients to communicate outside of the portal.

Pros

Supportive and well-organized onboarding experience. My onboarding manager, Amy W., was responsive, encouraging, and did a great job clearly explaining expectations and answering questions. Regular check-ins made the transition feel smooth, and I always felt comfortable reaching out for guidance. Overall, a very positive introduction to the company.

Cons

No major downsides during onboarding. As with any new role, there’s a learning curve at the beginning, but the support provided made it very manageable.

Pros

Strong onboarding experience and very supportive team. Amy was especially helpful, responsive, and proactive in making sure I had what I needed to succeed. I was able to get up and running quickly and had a client base by the end of my first 30 days. The platform is easy to navigate overall, and the flexibility and variety of work are big positives.

Cons

While no system is perfect, there are a few areas within the platform that could be more streamlined to improve efficiency and workflow. Some tasks require a bit of extra manual work that could likely be simplified with small system updates.
