Pros

The people at TimePayment were all-around great people to work with. Out of all the companies I've worked for, none have been such a strong team as what I experienced there. The benefits were excellent, the employee incentives and recognition were the best of any company I've ever worked for. I would work there again in a heartbeat!

Cons

They expect a lot from their employees and I wanted to a better work/life balance, and I realized I had to completely change industries to achieve that.

Pros

This is the best place I have ever worked and I love my job. As the new head of Human Resources, I see so many things the Company is doing well. TimePayment has been around for almost 30 years, so it's a stable company and we continue to grow and be successful. The training for new hires is very comprehensive and we will continue to expand on what we do now. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who has not previously worked in an office environment to join us at an entry level and be provided the training they need to succeed. There are many opportunities for career growth and advancement. For those seasoned employees with prior experience, it's a great place to work and the people are awesome. The benefits package is very generous compared to what I have seen in the past. Many employees may not see the value, but coming from an HR standpoint, I can testify that the benefits are more than competitive. We will be seeking to enhance what we offer with additional employee discounts and voluntary benefits. Going forward, we will continue to look for opportunities for improvement from an HR standpoint, including employee and management development initiatives, employee recognition programs, boosting employee morale, and helping to make TimePayment an even better place to work.

Cons

This is not really a downside, but employees are expected to work hard, just like any other company. If someone is looking to be at a job where they don't need to apply themselves, then this is not the company for them.
