Pros

Opportunities to get hired on at lower than poverty wages to gain experience.

Cons

The CEO Rob is cool on the outside and seems like he has your best interests in mind, but at the end of the day he only wants employees who are boot lickers and worship their weird TG culture. Unbelievably high turnover rate. You may notice that every single employee has been there less than one or two years. If you’re smart, you’ll catch onto the corruption pretty quick and realize there’s very little chance for upward mobility here. Upper management is super tight and there is a constant feeling of secrets and ulterior motives brewing within. The lack of transparency, while claiming to be transparent is jarring. There’s a lot of uncomfortable politics at play - this us versus them mentality. It just doesn’t feel like everybody’s on the same team at this company.

Pros

- Endless room for professional growth - Incredibly personable and kind leadership and coworkers - Rather flexible work schedule - No office politics - do your work, do it well, and be curious to grow and you will be a top performer - Competitive pay and solid performance incentives + quarterly company events - Everyone cares about putting out good work to win long-term business, not pump-and-dump slop - Honestly, the best place I've ever worked overall. Real cool people that have lives to live outside of work too.

Cons

- Requires lots of switch-tasking and some days feel like there is too much too juggle, but it always gets better with practice and you always have support

Pros

They give promotions out like they're candy. Ask for a 30-60-90 to get to the next level and they'll hand it to you like it's a second grade assignment.

Cons

Don't be mistaken, this is a toxic chop shop. Unfortunately, all of the Glassdoor reviews with examples have been pulled down, so let me add this one so you aren't mistaken. The CEO doesn't care what you bring to the table or what expertise you have, he just wants you to crank out mediocre work, preferably the way he wants it done. You are his production monkey, and he knows better than you, regardless of your field. Which is funny becasue he doesn't know a lick about his own field, let alone yours or marketing in general. Ask him about strategy and he'll tell you is to get clicks. Surprise. Clicks don't pay the bills. Employees jump ship at TG almost as fast as clients. I'm surprised there's anyone still signed on. Give it another few years, and this shop will close up.
