3yThank you so much for your thoughtful and comprehensive feedback - we really do appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We read all responses and use them to help inform our decisions around how we can continue to make sure Ting is a great place to work. Since building an in-house Ting dedicated HR function earlier this year we are taking the time to ensure we capture feedback to uncover any core concerns and issues, especially around performance and culture. We’ve also been working with our colleagues in the compensation team to update our pay bands and wages to align with the market.
We know from our Employee Experience survey that the vast majority of our employees just love working at Ting and that our culture stands out as a bright light against our competitors. As we grow and mature as an organization we aim to maintain that great culture, while also ensuring we have the right policies and practices in place that promote the right behaviours.
