Thank you for your review. We have experienced several changes to our business as we have grown and evolved over the years. Each year we go through strategic planning and setting OKRs to ensure we meet both the short and long-term goals of our business. We recognize that there are some gaps between cascading information from senior leadership to front line workers and we are actively working on bridging those gaps. Recognizing this need, we created an 2024 OKR program dedicated to improving how leadership communicates changes and we launched a Change Management Center of Excellence to ensure executives and people leaders are supported to deliver change and decisions effectively to their teams. Earlier this year, we navigated an incredibly difficult time that impacted all areas of our business. This decision was not taken lightly and was made after a very careful review of our current and future operational needs. We recognize that this was incredibly difficult for many and following the layoff, we hosted many all-hands and open-question sessions to ensure employees received the support they needed to move forward. We are thankful for the contributions of each and every employee who was impacted during the reduction in force and we ensured they were set up to navigate their way forward.
