Earlier this year, we navigated an incredibly difficult time that impacted all areas of our business. This decision was not taken lightly and was made after a very careful review of our current and future operational needs. We recognize that this was incredibly difficult for many and following the layoff, we hosted many all-hands and open-question sessions to ensure employees received the support they needed to move forward. We are thankful for the contributions of each and every employee who was impacted during the reduction in force and we ensured they were set up to navigate their way forward.
