Pros
Great benefits and pretty consistent quarterly bonuses. Can meet extra individual incentive goals if you go above and beyond. Good policy and procedures for every day situations.
Cons
Lack of training consistency. PT workers either get minimal training, or none at all, leaving it to FT workers to train in branch. Management is always different across the board. Some branches are relaxed and make tons of exceptions, or some are extremely micromanage-y and stick to strict rules and guidelines. Supervision and management can do whatever they want. On top of that, salary workers are worked to death and never compensated enough for it. There's a reason people stop advancing their careers once they hit MSO, as they wouldn't get paid for overtime anymore.
