- Bullies in workplace get rewarded or free pass if they're good at their job. - Constant issues with paying employees that they call "mistakes" - Mediocre "training" that mostly consisted of shadowing busy tellers with varying opinions and skill levels. They kept canceling my training at the corporate office where everyone else gets it "due to being shortstaffed" without any sort of rescheduling. Was told later on by a supervisor that what they did was wrong but there was nothing done to correct it. - High turnover rate - Diversity department is only 1 year old, for a reason. Heard some racist remarks at the branch I worked at. - Regret getting an account with them.

IT dept managers are frauds, one of them claimed he was a Doctor before he was told to quit stating it and he still has a job and later a promotion. If you have never had any experience with a new product forget about getting any training they will use that as a reason to give you a bad review. Only people that get moved up are either suck ups or brought in from the outside by the managers they used to work for, saw this happen MULTIPLE times. Don't bring up any issues to anyone in management because they are covering for each other and will start looking for a way to get you fired or place you in a position that makes you quit. At first everything will seem great but that will fade only the brown nosers love it.
