      Pros

      Benefits are decent and the office is accessible via multiple freeways.

      Cons

      Top heavy and owner-driven environment. The company is very conservative and fails to adhere to American labor laws and rights. Morale is really low and work- life balance is terrible. VP level management have "relationships" with the staff and have favorites (quid pro quo). Management needs training and should be educated about HR Laws and regulations. Commissions cannot be clawed-back and PTO hours should be calculated correctly. The list of issues go on...

      Pros

      Great people, great work culture. Everyone is very nice and hard working. I haven’t had any problems getting the help I need when I have a question. I usually have a problem with jobs where someone will slack off and I will have to pick up the slack but here it seems everyone takes it serious and is able to handle the work given.

      I truly can not think of any cons that have come up since I started here

      Pros

      Their payroll checks did not bounce while I was there.

      Cons

      The disregard they have for their employees. Contempt they have for their customers. Unrealistic expectations. Stressful environment. Lack of support. Deplorable IT department. Should I go on?
