      conservative and zero growth

      Pros

      Benefits are decent and the office is accessible via multiple freeways.

      Cons

      Top heavy and owner-driven environment. The company is very conservative and fails to adhere to American labor laws and rights. Morale is really low and work- life balance is terrible. VP level management have "relationships" with the staff and have favorites (quid pro quo). Management needs training and should be educated about HR Laws and regulations. Commissions cannot be clawed-back and PTO hours should be calculated correctly. The list of issues go on...

      Jr Front-end Developer

      Pros

      Great development team, learned a lot from Senior Front-end Developer. Semi-Casual Fridays. Development Management was awesome, however the same cannot be told about the other department's management.

      Cons

      Commute was over 2 1/2 hours towards, and 2 1/2 hours back. Total 5+ hours spent in traffic a day. Work usually carries over to the weekends, and expect mandatory over time with no pay to show for it. Below national average pay-rate for Jr Developer ($37k TireCo vs $55k National Average).
