      Close to freeways for easier commute Get deals when you need new tires

      Very inflexible ownership Very inflexible policies Pay poorly, dismal bonuses, no real growth potential Family owned and your made to feel a burden to them Very secretive about who, what, and where they are

      Pros

      Great people, great work culture. Everyone is very nice and hard working. I haven’t had any problems getting the help I need when I have a question. I usually have a problem with jobs where someone will slack off and I will have to pick up the slack but here it seems everyone takes it serious and is able to handle the work given.

      Cons

      I truly can not think of any cons that have come up since I started here

      Pros

      Their payroll checks did not bounce while I was there.

      Cons

      The disregard they have for their employees. Contempt they have for their customers. Unrealistic expectations. Stressful environment. Lack of support. Deplorable IT department. Should I go on?
