You can share feedback with anyone in the organization 4. You can easily reach out to anyone, including the CEO 5. Employee sentiments are always taken into consideration while taking any decision that will impact the employees

      Even though the company is goal-oriented, the goals can sometimes change so you have to be willing to be flexible and be open to understanding why the changes were made.
