      1. The CEO is very transparent and has a lot of trust in the team 2. The organization believes in potential rather than hierarchy or years of experience 3. You can share feedback with anyone in the organization 4. You can easily reach out to anyone, including the CEO 5. Employee sentiments are always taken into consideration while taking any decision that will impact the employees

      1. No clear matrix for decision making due to which initiatives get stalled or move very slowly

      What I have got during my employment: * Good work & personal life balance. Flexible hours. What matters is the output and not number of hours. * Recognition for the efforts. Got new ownerships & growth opportunities based on my potential and not based on my years of experience in my initial years of career. * Getting new challenge every year, to grow my technical & people management skills continuously. * Most important - manager trust. My managers have trusted me over the period of years and I do the same with my reportees that they will do their best to get work done.

      Cons

      * Dint find any significant problems to bother me. Seniors are approachable and helpful enough to solve those problems.
