Unethical
They charge twice for delivery of home and add the following costs to the customers invoice --- GP = gross profit, they charge. For delivery twice even though its delivered once, they charge 750 for a vapor barrier, 5500 for your air conditioner, and a minimum of 4500 just to hook up the utilities you already have. So if you want to be a con artist this is the place for you.
