-> Taskmasters instead of leaders
-> Zero training in CRM or Product or any other aspect of your job.
-> When I brought up training I was told "Look it up on youtube." When I asked what to look up, I was told to ask a former employee what they looked up. When I asked what the process was for after the sale I was told "we'll cross that bridge when we get there."
They want their NEW Sales people to "take initiative" and train themselves. I mean in that in every sense. From getting keys made for the homes, to getting yourself setup in the new CRM, to getting computer access, and business cards. You are your own trainer, marketer, and IT.
Management are taskmasters. However, there are no real leaders in this office. No one to take charge and to make sure everyone knew everything they needed.
They also have an extremely high turnover rate in sales. Longest sales person has been there less than a year. I did not know that until my first day on the job. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and stress and find another position.
I lasted less than three months... I lasted years in the car business. Ask yourself... why?
