Pros

If you learn fast and if you can manage your time and your clients, you will do well. If you rely on others or need to ask for advice before performing your work, you will have a hard time. The company pays for higher education to invest in you, has a boutique feel as a company, and will work with employees to improve themselves (I have heard this changed to at least 1 year of continued employment). The CEO's door is always open to chat, and the team I've met so far is a great mix of professionals from all walks of life.

Cons

There are many times you will have to "be your own boss" and make decisions on your own. The main office is busy, the sites are busy, and the clients want high-class service. This can be detrimental to the company as many people rely on the office to resolve onsite concerns. With a job that never really stops being busy, it's easy to lose yourself to work and lose work-life balance. This creates a lot of burnout.

Pros

Honestly, once the buy-out occurred, the size of management's ego's made nothing about this company a good place to work. Almost the only nice thing I can say is that the building was clean and a nice, open concept.

Cons

Middle management would take credit for other employee ideas. There is no team effort, it is everyone for themselves and other employees will do whatever it takes to make others look bad. Accidental emails were consistently sent out to employees which included detailed salary information, including fringe benefits, showing that some employees received preferential treatment even though their work was severely lacking. Bonuses were promised at a level of up to 40% of the annual salary, based on merit. After receiving a perfect score on my review, my bonus totaled a whopping $2000. If you don't drink alcohol, you will not fit in here.
