Pros

Great PTO, but that's all at this point.

Cons

Things seemed to be going well for awhile with Donato at the helm, but over the course of the last year many senior leaders have been let go, and those now in control have absolutely destroyed morale. On paper they talk about values and the mission and creating a better culture, but those left of the ELT are ruthless and have destroyed what used to be a great company to work for. Employee turnover is through the roof and morale is rock bottom. High performing colleagues are being let go so VPs can hire their friends, or colleagues are being let go who are not favorites and who push back and are BOLD and PROVACATIVE - Just the things Donato claims to want to see. Relationships with our fitness center partners are awful and ELT does not care - we are developing the ASH method of partner management. Health plan relationships will soon suffer due to colleagues being fired or those leaving on their own. I don't know of a single colleague who is NOT looking for a new job outside of this company. Leaders are only firing colleagues AFTER they have hired a replacement and then have the nerve to ask the fired colleague to train their replacement. Bottom line - this company DOES NOT CARE about their employees, they only care about stock price, pleasing the Board and Shareholders and allowing Donato to ride out his contract on a golden parachute.
