Pros
The most approachable leadership team I've experienced. The "no ego" part of the core values is taken seriously and starts at the top. I'm in a role where it's not uncommon (and unfortunately sometimes, expected) to be talked down to, and I've never once experienced this here. The C-suite have all been kind, friendly, receptive to feedback, and seem to genuinely care about the employee experience here. I think the company culture is pretty great. I'm surrounded by people who are all incredibly passionate about what we're doing here, regardless of their role. We do a lot of really cool things with our customer restaurants and have created an environment where Toast employees are consistently huge advocates and vocal supporters of our customer base.
Cons
As to be expected with a company that's growing so incredibly fast, there are some gaps. Cross company communication seems to be one of the bigger ones, and I know that's actively being discussed.
