Unrealistic, discouraging training program that critiques every little thing you do, which doesn’t stop after completing the training. Extremely micromanaged, down to every detail of the sales process which is discouraging for a sales rep at any level of experience. Management is inexperienced and seems to be promoted based off of only sales numbers vs skill and people management. Was difficult to navigate through company politics and unfair advantages given to more tenured reps. The territories were not valid in terms of opportunity nor were fair and comparable to other reps in surrounding areas. The territory seemed to seal the fate of your success, if you did not have an evenly mixed territory of urban and rural parts you were set up for failure. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know or care about.
