Pros
Smaller company which allows one to actually be recognized, you're a name and not a number, you actually get to see and speak with the CEO regularly, significantly more flexibility and overall breadth in terms of job responsibility. Great company culture.
Cons
Smaller company has limited bonding capacity and thus limited exposure to larger commercial projects (no union alliance), mostly simple stick frame construction, which ultimately translates into limited resources and pay. Before the economy crashed Tocci was hands down an industry leader in VDC, with Autodesk in their pocket, this however has since diminished and has been on a steadily decline ever since. Also why Woburn?
