Pros

Some people working here are friendly and get on with what they have to do. Work-life balance is good at the corporate level.

Cons

No R&R program. Communication is abhorrent. Minimal opportunities to move up the career ladder. Pay is below industry average. $$$ is much more important than people. So much talk about how great the company is by the CEO but it is just that - all talk.

Pros

Worked with lovely people Had great managers to start with, but head office wanted younger managers and made their life hard for existing managers to quit

Cons

Not appreciated, especially when you helped out or came in to help cover shifts Always concentrated on the bad reviews and really ever talked about all the great reviews from TripAdvisor Had to stand up for eight hours with no chairs to sit on even in quiet periods management set on chairs all day Promotions mainly came from outside, not rewarded Expected to work and give up plans Not an encouraging environment
