      Head Office is a toxic environment

      Pros

      Some people working here are friendly and get on with what they have to do. Work-life balance is good at the corporate level.

      Cons

      No R&R program. Communication is abhorrent. Minimal opportunities to move up the career ladder. Pay is below industry average. $$$ is much more important than people. So much talk about how great the company is by the CEO but it is just that - all talk.

      Pros

      The people who make up the machine are nice and there is very little conflict

      Cons

      The company gives very little and it is very clear you are there to work and they do not value anyone. I am surprised that they have free coffee in the break room and don't make you pay for your own stationary. They will consistently say they have a career path for you and promise study support but then find excuses when it's finally time to front up. This feeling leads to a lack of atmosphere
