Pros

Relaxed work environment when the Manager isn't having a bi polar mood swing. Pretty easy to work there on "auto pilot", the work isn't that difficult as compared to your run of the mill quick casual restaurant. Everything made fresh and from scratch (with the exception of the bread and cheeses), so....if you like scratch cooking, it's nice for a change.

Cons

Corporate R&D Dept is laughable. They changed their tomato soup recipes 3 times in 3 months, and their Mac recipe twice. They changed Corporate purveyors before they were sure they could get equal or consistent products from the new supplier. There is zero accountability, employees are allowed to make the same mistakes repeatedly with zero repercussions. Management is "reactive" instead of "proactive". Favoritism is rampant! There was supposed to be an employee review after 3 months....7 months later, still no review.

Pros

Excellent management, flexible hours and shifts, reasonable pay. Time seems to go quickly due to the volume of guests/customers.

Cons

Job at this location is seasonal only April through December.
