Pros

High volume restaurant meant good tips Flexible schedule Benefits available to folks who worked 30+ hours/week

Cons

New legislation changed the way tipped employees were paid Not much transparency to how these changes were implemented company-wide Employees were promised a plan that would be based on each individual restaurant, but an across-the-board solution was implemented cutting the pay of a lot of employees

Pros

Working as a catering server here means more than just a paycheck — with above-average wages and a team that truly values and respects its staff, it’s a supportive environment where your effort is appreciated and rewarded.

Cons

Navigating demanding or pretentious clientele with tact and professionalism can be tiring.

Pros

Company parties were pretty fun

Cons

Management for some reason stopped caring about their employees or had their back like they used to… management would strictly enforce policies then be vague and confusing when they would break policies themselves. work environment became so toxic and stressful when it used to be a pretty decent place (Also for clarification I don’t mean ALL management. When the few good ones would speak up and try to make changes for the good of everyone they were met with resentment from higher ups to the point of trying to push them out of the company) As a result of poor management most employees ended up burnt out and jaded and customer service greatly suffered and with that tips that usually make up the greater half of your paycheck would be significantly smaller Also just a heads up it’s a tip pool so
