Pros

Company parties were pretty fun

Management for some reason stopped caring about their employees or had their back like they used to… management would strictly enforce policies then be vague and confusing when they would break policies themselves. work environment became so toxic and stressful when it used to be a pretty decent place (Also for clarification I don’t mean ALL management. When the few good ones would speak up and try to make changes for the good of everyone they were met with resentment from higher ups to the point of trying to push them out of the company) As a result of poor management most employees ended up burnt out and jaded and customer service greatly suffered and with that tips that usually make up the greater half of your paycheck would be significantly smaller Also just a heads up it’s a tip pool so

Pros

Actually care about their workers, amazing camaraderie, can be an intense place to work but that’s just because many of the restaurants have high standards- as they should. It’s a once in a lifetime experience to work for this restaurant group! Beyond that everyone who works there and has long term is amazing and willing to help and train those around them.

Cons

Very corporate management since it is a restaurant group but that is to be expected.
