Pros
I love to try to make a difference to people on a daily basis. I have flexible working hours that make my work-life balance great and I am giving a lot of trust and autonomy which gives me the opportunity to work pretty much how I want. I love being surrounded by ambitious and smart people from all over the world and I feel grateful that I can have that in my working place. The social life at Tonsser is fantastic and we have amazing events that I look forward to as much as I do if I was seeing my friends for a fun night.
Cons
I think the cons are very typical for the stage we are in now. Some roles have too many different "hats" and it can be difficult to figure out where to address certain questions.
