      Love the Tonsser Mission and Tonsser Family

      Pros

      I love to try to make a difference to people on a daily basis. I have flexible working hours that make my work-life balance great and I am giving a lot of trust and autonomy which gives me the opportunity to work pretty much how I want. I love being surrounded by ambitious and smart people from all over the world and I feel grateful that I can have that in my working place. The social life at Tonsser is fantastic and we have amazing events that I look forward to as much as I do if I was seeing my friends for a fun night.

      Cons

      I think the cons are very typical for the stage we are in now. Some roles have too many different "hats" and it can be difficult to figure out where to address certain questions.

      - Very dynamic environment, encouraging cross-functional and cross-departmental collaborations. - Incredibly High level of buy-in into the vision and goal of the company, from both users and employees. - A constantly evolving company, with new opportunities continuously popping up. - Relatively young group of employees, with low age-gap, resulting in greater fit into the fast-paced environment and greater social fit in teams.

      Cons

      - Relatively young group of employees, at times leading to lack of seniority and experience in certain areas, and with fewer internal mentors available. - Need for greater links between people at HQ and international offices. - Is relatively fast-paced, which is not suitable for everyone in terms of ideal work-environment.
