There are literally no pros to working at this awful place.
Cons
Doesn’t matter what your job title is, you will also be washing dishes, scrubbing and scraping the walls and floors and speed racks because the owner is too cheap to hire a cleaning crew. The dishwasher is only there 5 days a week and doesn’t even properly wash and dry the dishes. Everything is stacked wet- just one of the many health code violations happening here. The kitchen is a joke. It’s small, over crowded and filthy. The owner and her hiring manager have zero management and people skills- as evidenced by the constant employee turnover. People get fed up with the hostile environment and just walk out which leads to more work for the ones left behind - until they’ve had enough and walk out too. Do yourself a favor and read all these reviews and BELIEVE THEM!
