Pros

Very nice, brilliant people to work with. Everyone is trying their best in their domain. Minimal office politics.

Cons

Steerco doesn't understand how to ran the company. Instead of retaining the talent, the direction is to have no KPI, no raise, giving out humiliating year end bonus, super long working hous include evening and weekends, squeezing every little value from employees and intentionally shifting all working level to offshore that the owner can take more advantage from the working horses. I have been working here for 2 years, on a salary freeze, and contributed hundreds of over time hours that not been compensated at all. It used to be a great environment 2 years ago but now a complete 180 degree change. Too many projects without enough people to support. person who is in charge of dev doesn't know how to plan and manage. Did i mention there is no real QA for a software develop company? Our client literally called us tooshit

Pros

Free parking, snacks and drinks. Some decent people still there.

Cons

- Family-run organization where promotions and movement up the ladder is dominated by family, cousins and close friends. Highly-rated reviews submitted by friends and family. - Significant turnover in organization in past 4 years. More than 20 people resigned in a company of 55 people. - Poor role definition and advancement. - Poor training and lack of knowledge in company. People don't know their own products. - Management will not accept constructive criticism - this is perceived as being a "traitor". - Lack of concern for employees. Focus is always on family members and friends. - Exclusion of key personnel in determining direction of company. This is kept "in the family".
