Good in Theory, Bad Execution (No Protection for Writers) - Professional Resume Writer TopStack Resume Employee Review

- I have been writing resumes for over a decade and the quality of client that uses this service is incredibly poor. They're rude and they ghost you--sometimes before you start the work (which still impacts your rating) and sometimes after you deliver the first draft. It's ridiculous and beyond discouraging to put forth effort to write their documents and not get paid...it makes you not want to take on more work (which will also hurt your rating). The model is terrible for writers, but great for scammy clients. - The pay is low compared to what I'm used to making per resume, but it wouldn't be bad if clients weren't so flaky. - In the manual, they state they'll tell you if your stats are low to get a chance to get them up, and offer advice to help you convert more clients...but that's a lie. They just lock you out of your accounts without saying a word (until you ask).
