5 days work week, management left office early and staff get to leave at 6pm.
Cons
A shady company using unprofessional ethics at work, treating employees as contingent workers, find excuses to blame the employees or make people leave when their overhead gets too heavy. Their HR and managment does not have empathy for their coworkers, policies are set to be double standard. HR standard is way below market.
