You get to try out most Business Analyst role Good start for fresh grad looking for Business Analyst Job

Cons

You learn little to none in terms of technical skills even though the role is software engineer Company does not follow the industry practice for projects Management does not set realistic deadline. Depending of projects, PM does not appreciate the effort put in by employees Slave driving Managers. Salary paid is way below market rate for software engineers.

5 days work week, management left office early and staff get to leave at 6pm.

Cons

A shady company using unprofessional ethics at work, treating employees as contingent workers, find excuses to blame the employees or make people leave when their overhead gets too heavy. Their HR and managment does not have empathy for their coworkers, policies are set to be double standard. HR standard is way below market.
