We are happy to read about the positive aspects of working at Toppers, such as a great friendly culture and management within our stores and giving our Team Members their preferred hours to work and honoring time off requests. For drivers, the pay is really great dependent on the shifts that you have asked to work and a lot of our drivers report that they make on avarge $20/hr with tips. How could it get any better than driving around listening to great tunes and hanging out with fun people in the store? We also appreciate your honest feedback concerning some of the things that you did not like about working for Toppers. For instance the wear and tear on personal vehicles and driving during poor road conditions. We recognize that there is wear and tear on our drivers cars and that is why we pay mileage reimbursement for each delivery run. Our drivers safety is important to us and therefore we have polices in place to help our drivers stay safe in tough driving conditions. Typically this is when we are also the busiest because our customers do not want to be out in the elements - BUT this is also when you can make the best tips. Thank you for your feedback!
