Pros

I’m a delivery driver, and personally love the energy and environment of the store I work at. Everyone jokes and laughs with eachother, enjoying music while working and taking care of customers. If someone needs help with anything there’s always multiple people willing to step in and help. The general manager at the Indianapolis location is the best boss anyone could ask for, shes efficient, smart, and a very kind person.

Cons

Only con is previous management with shift leads, and how they acted in the work place. It was unprofessional and made it not so fun to work. BUT they’re gone now, so that situation is no longer.

Pros

High tip outs for drivers. The more you master routing yourself and what roads to take, the more your tip out can increase. Sign on bonuses available. 401k and benefits available. Ability to move upwards in the company relatively easy, if you're passionate to do so. Ability to request off (and get off) for life events/happenings.

Cons

Late hours, but that's where the best money is.

Pros

The casual atmosphere makes it a lot easier to be yourself and make friends with your coworkers. It's a fun, fast paced job, and the discount is awesome. They do tend to promote from within. Delivery drivers with primo shifts can make a lot of money, and they offer insurance for their drivers while on the clock.

Cons

There will always be upheaval in the store's, they move people (especially management) around all the time. They don't pay nearly enough money for the work they expect their employees to do, which causes the employees to become jaded, and that's where things tend to fall apart. It only takes a couple of people not pulling their weight for the whole store to fall into chaos.
