Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We really appreciate it! The killer tips are definitely there for the drivers that want to work when we are at our busiest - football games, dinners, weekends and late nights. We have earned the reputation for the “late-night delivery place” . We're proud to serve not only college students staying up late studying for their final exams (amoung other things) but also serving those that serve us, like doctors, nurses, and firefighters who work round the clock and deserve to have a great pizza delivered to them. Thank you for your dedication and service to Toppers. We appreciate your feedback and will pass on your praise. We always encourage our Team Members to recruit their family and friend to work at Toppers! We are always hiring great Team Members.

Dope Place To Work

Pros

- Builds social skills (i was shy as hell when i first joined Toppers, but now i'm engaging in friendly conversation with team members, customers, and my higher ups with ease) - Free meal(s) every shift (due to working during rona season i was told) - Friendly environment (Don't be a shmuck and you'll love it here) - Lots of hours to offer if you want them (over work yourself and you'll regret it) - Diverse work environment (literally people from all over the world) - Hella fun (again, don't be a shmuck and you'll love it here) - Easy work (if reasonably staffed) - Great job to support yourself (not 15 kids) - Really easy to move up positions, and build yourself a career (if you show initiative, it's ridiculously easy) - Great health benefits (they give us health insurance, even for your pets) - Free uniforms (literally free) - Paid time off (when you become an assistant) - CEO/HQ will actually hear you out on your opinions. (just email papa scott and he'll get back to you asap) - You will have ALL the tools you'll need to make your shift run as smooth as possible. (theres literally posters in every store that tell you what to do to make your shift as easy as possible) - You are NEVER expected to work days you aren't scheduled (unless you say otherwise) - Need to step outside to smoke, catch some fresh air, or just need a break? No problem, just let someone know, and make sure your team members wont suffer while you're outside. (rack up, stock the line, take care of the screen etc)

Cons

- Pay not be up to your standards (i only support myself, and i work hella hours so i'm steady coolin) - Can sometimes be stressful during rushes (stress is apart of every job, just don't let it get to you🤷🏽‍♂️) - You might come home smelling like pizza (i dont, but thats because i wear expensive colognes🥱) - Customer can/will be rude unprovoked - Night shifts can become dangerous (varies on location. not for wusses) - Unless you're a full-time driver you prolly wont make as much as you hope (unless you have realistic expectations, and varies on location. places like browndeer, and south milwaukee have high income areas that tip big money)

Pros

I have nothing positive to say.

Cons

The owner is absolute garbage. I don't care how much money you have, you need you fix your attitude and personality. Your Tesla doesn't mean anything if you're garbage. Get some therapy.

Pros

Nice employees, great money, relaxing driving experience.

Cons

The time you are off is not set, and is a range of times, like day, dinner, late, and close all of which encompass a 2 to 3 hour period of time when you can be let go for the day.

Thank you for your review! We are happy to read about the positive aspects of working at Toppers, such as a great friendly culture and management within our stores and giving our Team Members their preferred hours to work and honoring time off requests. For drivers, the pay is really great dependent on the shifts that you have asked to work and a lot of our drivers report that they make on avarge $20/hr with tips. How could it get any better than driving around listening to great tunes and hanging out with fun people in the store? We also appreciate your honest feedback concerning some of the things that you did not like about working for Toppers. For instance the wear and tear on personal vehicles and driving during poor road conditions. We recognize that there is wear and tear on our drivers cars and that is why we pay mileage reimbursement for each delivery run. Our drivers safety is important to us and therefore we have polices in place to help our drivers stay safe in tough driving conditions. Typically this is when we are also the busiest because our customers do not want to be out in the elements - BUT this is also when you can make the best tips. Thank you for your feedback! It is incedibly important to us so that we can continue to improve our practives and be a workplace of choice!

Drivosity sucks

Pros

Fun job, pizza is good, generally pretty laid back, as a driver you make OK money mostly depending on which store you work at and the shifts you work (day/night)

Cons

Petty coworkers at times, nobody does their dishes, and there's definitely a "cult" culture vibe. Middle-management will fire you over the phone over heresay

Thank you for your review; we are so happy to hear you found your work fun. We are sorry that you have found some of your coworkers not to be friendly--we hope that our Team Members will address any issues with them or their manager, if necessary. Drivosity is a requirement of our non-owned auto insurance. We need our drivers to be insured in case of an accident. I'm sorry if your experience with using it was less than stellar.
