Run, run, run away. Just run. Terrible company. The only pro is that they pay on time. Everything else will crush your spirit. Do not get swayed by the fact that they are Japanese. Do not get your hopes up thinking this is a "professional" job. This job is not for you. You can do better, and you will.

- Lousy pay. Minimum wage in most countries. - No communication from your supervisor/boss - It is extremely difficult to get time off. You won't try to get time off cause it's not worth it. - A lot of the students don't talk, so you have to constantly make conversation. It will tire you. - Tedious admin tasks that take forever and you don't get paid for it. - No benefits of course - You are sometimes forced to smile because the students don't want to be uncomfortable - Some students require extra prep and you don't get paid for the prep time - You have to wear a dress shirt. You have to be on time or else you will be reprimanded. - They have certain rules and standards that will drive you crazy, for example you have to send certain emails at certain times with correct formatting and they will chew you out if you don't do it correctly.

Do all taxes, invoices by yourself. Poor management No support Sudden lost of lessons. (Quiet firing)
