EAD management is controlled by a sociopath.

A very toxic workplace environment, the man responsible for recruiting, Gary Hoffman, is sexist and racist, going as far as saying he's only hiring young women from Africa because they're so 'trainable'. I covered peak hours for over a year, sourcing my own material and catering to Japanese adult students who are under the impression they'll acquire a language by listening to me talk rather than speaking themselves and when I asked for a raise Gary Hoffman started laughing in my face. Not an actual English teaching school, they're more focused on their app rating than actually getting people to develop their language skills so I found myself having to do customer service rather than actual teaching. The worst experience I've had in a decade long career in the e-learning industry-and I worked for companies such as Talk915 and other Chinese nightmares back when I started.
