      Pros

      TorchStone is run by a bunch of elite security professionals from the Secret Service, Diplomatic Security, the FBI, etc. The atmosphere is collegial and supportive.

      Cons

      Not much of a downside. As am embedded employee, I wish I was able to know more about what was going on with the TorchStone core.

      Pros

      The company is very professional and a leader in its industry. Benefits are pretty good, and I felt that my manager cared about me.

      Cons

      Work-life balance was hard, but that is the security industry for you. Also, as I worked as an embed in another company, I sometimes felt like I didn't belong.
