Pros

TorchStone is run by a bunch of elite security professionals from the Secret Service, Diplomatic Security, the FBI, etc. The atmosphere is collegial and supportive.

Cons

Not much of a downside. As am embedded employee, I wish I was able to know more about what was going on with the TorchStone core.
