Pros
Decent annual leave, bonus and increment. No overtime required, work-life balance despite work is on-site only.
Cons
Since change of management a few years ago, things keep changing that served no purpose. Whenever there is a change, management tries to justify with a "try to improve" excuse, even though it may turn out to be an opposite result of improvement. Career advancement is only available based on subjective favoritism, and within the management's group of people. Micromanagement and toxic work culture became more prevalent, and favoritism became borderline discrimination. Despite that, the management thinks they are being "fair". Company policy changes were miscommunicated and not properly documented. Employee entitlement can change without prior notice. Workplace grievance handling process was poor. Eventually, a line that should never be crossed was crossed. Abuse of authority and exploitation of the Employment Act resulted in a wrongful dismissal.
