Very easy going place to work

The first thing that comes to mind about Total Attorneys is the culture. It's a very fun environment, everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. I look forward to going into the office each day and would say I have made many new friends as opposed to just co-workers. But it's not all fun and games. We get a great deal accomplished. Management is very open to new ideas and processes, innovation is encouraged. The mentality is "if you have an idea to improve the way we do business go for it!" There is very little red tape and bureaucracy involved. There are very few meetings and when meetings are scheduled they are always to discuss specific points and all attendees have a reason to be there. This is such a refreshing change from other companies I have worked with. Employees have unlimited paid vacation.

Salary seems to be a little on the lower end of the scale. No 401k matching. Though employee stock options were recently announced so it will be interesting to see where that goes.
