Not many holidays due to the nature of the industry

Everyone is a resource and you have tons of support from senior brokers and managers who started in the entry level position as well. Culture is amazing, there are endless events to attend and an open floorplan community atmosphere that welcomes networking. Location specific is right on the water with lots of perks. This is a role where you put in what you get out. You need to put in the time, stay focused, stay driven on your goals. If you are not hungry for success, then this is not the role for you.
