Pros
TQL is a different culture unlike most companies I have worked. It is filled with like-minded individuals who are competitive, hardworking and driven. There is clear opportunity for advancement, and those who lead by example and invest in developing others can move into management roles. Not sure where else you can make six figures without a college degree within the first couple of years.
Cons
Work–life balance can be challenging, as you are on call 24/7. The early stages require a significant amount of cold calling and persistent outreach, which can be demanding and repetitive. This position requires a high level of grit and resilience to navigate rejection and maintain momentum. It typically takes about two years of consistent effort before seeing substantial financial rewards and long-term success.
