Morals, hours, no support from leadership other than well do better or go on goals, told to be silent about lawsuits coming out and not discuss when candidates bring up issues. Stressed the importance of coming in early and staying late when you are paid salary and threatening your job when you don’t show. I also started in sales and when they presented the opportunity of moving to a new role they made it seem like I would make loads more money but once you actually look into the bonus structure they tax atleast half of what you are supposed to get. Local recruiters have the hire atleast 10 -12 people before bonusing and fast track recruiters are told they receive 1000 per hire but the check comes to maybe 550.
