Pros
There is potential for a large income if you can get passed the fact that its a call center. If you like to cold call companies that have already been prospected a thousand times then its not a bad company. Starting pay while you learn the industry is legit and they offer great sales support.
Cons
After initial 12 weeks its time to do nothing but cold call an overly saturated market. Its a non-asset based 3rd party logistics company that is completely impressed by itself. They found a niche in the logistics field 15 years ago and they try to use their growth as a reason to sell their service. Its mostly a bunch of overly privileged twenty somethings that have gotten lucky on a few calls that stay around. Turnover is over 80% for a reason and if you dont drink the cool-aid it will not be an enjoyable experience
