Pros

The company has it's heart and mind in the right place. Decisions about policies and employees are not made emotionally, and individuals are all given the chance to succeed. Management goes out of it's way to be transparent when it comes to direction and decision-making. The company provides a very fun, very lively work environment, with a go-get-it culture that rewards those willing to put in the work. The focus is on service and quality, so there are very rarely corners cut in any aspect of the business, whether that be servicing customers, or handling employee/company business. There is tremendous growth opportunity within the company, as we tend to promote from within the vast majority of the time. Also, there is a substantial investment in technology and training - the company goes out of it's way to provide massive resources to give our people the best tools possible to help them succeed.

Cons

The sales job is not easy. If it were easy, everyone would do it. That being said, we make it a point to reinforce that with all applicants. It is a fun, rewarding, and potentially lucrative job, but it is not easy. It requires hard work, dedication, and time to commit. "No such thing as a quick buck", after all.

Pros

Amazing work hard-play hard culture, plenty of opportunities for advancement, and really friendly coworkers. The job isn’t for everyone, but for those wanting to dig in, there’s so much opportunity for success here.

Cons

Not many holidays due to the nature of the industry

Pros

Frat House environment if that's what you're into.

Cons

Where do I even start.... My first week there the sales manager, whose account I was supposed to look over and be trained by, was gone for the whole week. The desk spot they put me at was next to this JBL party box, making it virtually impossible to communicate over the phone. When you're in the training phase you literally do all the work for the account manager, then you're expected to make cold calls to people that want no part in TQL. When you do get someone on the phone and make a sale, you wont be seeing any of that money. They have a commission draw set up where you have to be making a certain amount of revenue before you can make commission- thus leaving you to the measly 43k salary. These recruiters and managers SELL you a false dream, the turnover rate there is astronomical for a reason. They will hire anyone that'll learn the system, use them for labor for 6 months, cut them when they don't meet the ridiculous KPI metrics. To be actually successful here you either have to work near 60+ hours a week for YEARS waking at 4am to "snipe" accounts that have been released due to inactivity, or be handed an account by a retiring SR level manager. RUN from this company!
