Pros
Ever since I joined the company, I loved the people around me. There are obviously some people that just don't click, but overall, the people and culture are amazing. Starting pay is fair but the money you make depends on your work ethic. If you want to just cruise and not grow, this isn't the place for you. However, If you listen to your leaders and trainer on what works, you can't really fail! Health and medical benefits are also top tier, including TQL's 401k. I also do have a life outside of this job, so the work life balance is great! Leaders are fair and want to give you ever resource possible to help you grow. They even take time out of their day to check up on you and see how you're doing. TQL cares about their employees! I come to work every day and love my job! And that comes from someone who had no logistics experience prior to this job. Moral of the story, TQL is a great place to work with amazing people and guidance to help you grow as a person and pursue a long financially rewarding career.
