Pros

If you need a job in a pinch just to get by until you find a better job then this is it. You can get your feet wet by making close to over 1,000 cold calls a week and even then thats not enough.

Cons

Too much to state. Short version would be low pay, they expect you to work extremely long hours, weekends and even holidays without extra pay or comp time off. You are under a mentor for 6 months and while under that mentor you are making them money without any kind of profit share. They get extremely mad when you request time off. They give you a 4 week period to make $1500 dollars and if you don't make that happen they let you go. If you aren't hitting your numbers for phone times or phone calls per week they will let you go. basically they expect you to work for free. The turnover rate is extremely high. I walked in with 15 people and by the time I left all 15 were gone. This company is great only if you need a job in a pinch.

Pros

TQL is an incredibly exciting and fast paced work environment where any employee who wants to come in and work hard can earn solid income for themselves and their family as long as they are willing to put in the hours to improve themselves and their skills and stay committed to ensuring their own success. In-office and remote management is very supportive of you and your growth at the company as well as learning skills to assist you in daily life outside of work. The HR team at TQL is top notch and the benefits provided by TQL are great as well.

Cons

Long hours and working before and after the typical 8-5 can be and is normally required in some regard at TQL. The clients that you will end up working with will rely on you to service them at all hours of the day and if you cannot commit to being available 24/7 when needed from your clients then a job at TQL may not be for you. All of this is part of what will lead to you being successful at TQL and earning a living that you desire and the hard work will pay off in the end as you grow relationships and trust with your clients.
