Pros
Very relaxed, no pressure at all.
Cons
Very immature company, where no one is really accountable except for global company objectives. The business prefers to try and become "a good place to work" for a very young and immature workforce than to stop behaving like a start-up. Some people have worked there for 5-7-10 years, and they literally can do whatever they want, including getting to work after 10am and working from home several times a week, as opposed to new starters, who can't do it. Everything has a secondary school feel to it - males talking loudly about their football prowess, loud females using the heat as excuse to wear some borderline improper garments to work. Social events are considered non-avoidable and non-attendance is frowned upon - networking and socialising is taken more seriously than professional objectives. During probation, career progression is taboo and never mentioned. Each team just does its thing and there's no communication.
